What materials are used to construct the mobility rollers and spheres?
We make our rollers exclusively from closed-cell 45D expanded EVA foam, which holds structural firmness without internal hollow tubes. Our target spheres are molded from solid vulcanized natural Hevea rubber, providing skin-safe traction and consistent density without petroleum odors.
How quickly are orders processed and when is the dispatch cut-off?
All orders placed before 14:00 on business days are inspected, packed, and dispatched the very same day. Orders received after 14:00 ship on the next business morning, accompanied by tracked delivery updates straight to your contact details.
What is your return policy if the equipment does not suit my routine?
We accept returns for exactly 30 days from the date your order is delivered. Returned products must be completely unused and kept inside their original factory packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate the return instructions.
